MarisaOS — Privacy Notice
MarisaOS is the internal operating system of the Marisa Peer group of companies (More Than Enough Ltd; I Am Enough Services Inc; Always Enough LLC; RTT Lifestyle Coaching LLC; Brave Life LLC — “the Company”). It is used only by staff of the Company. It is delivered as a web application and as two internal mobile apps:
- MarisaOS Exec — internal sales reporting, used by a small number of senior staff.
- MarisaOS Projects — internal project and task management, used by staff to plan and collaborate on work.
Neither app is available to the public and neither is intended for use by clients or customers. This notice explains what personal data the apps collect about the people who use them. What the apps collect
Both apps
- Your work email address and name, from your Google account, when you sign in.
- An internal user identifier, used to apply your access permissions.
- A device notification token, if you turn on notifications, so that Apple (or Google, on Android) can deliver them to your device.
- Access and error logs, recording which screens and actions were requested and when, for security and troubleshooting.
- Crash diagnostics, provided by Apple or Google, if the app stops unexpectedly.
MarisaOS Projects — additionally
- The work content you create in the app — projects, tasks, sections, comments, @mentions, due dates and assignees.
- Any files you choose to attach to a task, which are stored in the Company’s Google Workspace (Google Drive).
- Where a workspace connects a Company mailbox, emails sent to a project’s intake address — the sender, subject, body and attachments — which are turned into tasks.
The apps do not access your device’s location, contacts, photo library or health data, and do not collect payment details or any client or customer personal data. (Files in Projects are uploaded only when you explicitly attach them to a task.)
Why we collect it
- To verify that you are an authorised member of staff and to apply your access level.
- To provide the service — in Projects, to store your work and let colleagues you share it with collaborate on it; in Exec, to show internal reporting.
- To deliver the notifications you have opted into.
- In Projects, to turn emails sent to a project’s intake address into tasks, where your workspace has enabled that.
- To keep the system secure and to diagnose faults.
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing internal business systems. HR-related personal data is handled in line with the Company’s Data Protection Policy in the Employee Handbook.
Who we share it with
- Google — sign-in, and (for Projects) file storage and mailbox integration through the Company’s Google Workspace.
- Apple and Google — notification delivery.
- Our hosting and database providers — operating the service.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or track you across other apps or websites. The apps contain no advertising and no third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
Your account exists while you have authorised access and is removed when that access ends. Work content you create in Projects is retained as part of the Company’s records until it is deleted in the app or your account is removed. Notification tokens are deleted when you turn notifications off, sign out, or the device is removed. Logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
